WE MANUFACTURE TO ORDER
So your patience is appreciated. It may take 1 to 3 week for you to receive your order, but rest assure we do everything to get it to you sooner. This is also based on item as they are printed here in the USA but sometimes come from other states. We are making our cloths this way to cut down on waste and to be more eco friendly. Most tees are made in Southern Americas or the Caribbean, because we believe in making all the Americas economically stable.
SHIPPING
You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package had been shipped. Rest assured your package is in our system and will be heading your way soon! If it's been over four weeks feel free to email us in contact menu to double check. Heartist is a very small team and it might take up to 72 hours during high volume times to hear back from the team, but rest assured you will definitely hear back. Items are sent as they are made so orders often are shipped separately.
If the package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information cost of resending package will be invoiced to the customer. Once your package leaves the warehouse you will be sent tracking information to show an item's location.

Heartist is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. Stole packages is a major issue and we recommend using a safe and secure delivery location when checking out. If you have an issue with lost or stolen package, please contact the shipper.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Heartist prides itself on slow fashion with quality products made to order in the USA. To continue our mission of minimal waste and a concentration on high quality clothing we offer a return for store credit only. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of the product in order to receive store credit. Return credit cannot be applied towards future sales and/or promotions.
